Available from October 2026 following a complete refurbishment, the Leeward Carlisle Suites offer an elevated way to experience Carlisle Bay, combining generous three-bedroom accommodation with the freedom and privacy of a private kitchen.
Positioned on the oceanfront, the Leeward collection comprises two individual suites: Fig Tree Drive Suite and Great Bird Island Suite. Each has been designed for families, groups of friends and multigenerational stays looking for space, privacy and the personalised service of Carlisle Bay.
Each suite features three ensuite bedrooms, comprising two king-bedded rooms and one twin-bedded room, together with a generous open-plan sitting area and expansive outdoor terrace overlooking the Caribbean Sea.
Unique to the Leeward Carlisle Suites is a private kitchen, offering additional flexibility for families and guests who enjoy the option of preparing light refreshments or entertaining within the privacy of their suite.
Fig Tree Drive Suite
