From October 2026, our Signature Beach Balcony Suites will be available following a full refurbishment. Located on the upper level of Carlisle Bay’s beachfront collection, the suites combine generous living space with elevated views and close proximity to the sand. Their defining feature is a private beach-facing balcony, furnished with daybeds and an outdoor dining area, creating an inviting setting for morning coffee, relaxed meals and quiet moments in the Caribbean breeze.
The beach-facing master bedroom features a king-sized bed and flows seamlessly into an open-plan lounge area, with no division between the sleeping and living spaces. This open layout continues naturally onto the balcony, allowing the interiors, ocean views and outdoor living area to feel beautifully connected.
Positioned towards the rear of the suite, the second bedroom offers a comfortable and private retreat with two twin beds, which can be configured according to guest preference. This flexible layout makes the suite equally well suited to couples seeking additional space, friends travelling together or families and multigenerational groups. Cribs are also available on request.
Bright, airy interiors and relaxed island-inspired furnishings create an atmosphere of understated luxury, with thoughtful details designed to make every stay feel effortless. The suites are ideally positioned for days spent between the beach, watersports, dining and resort activities, while still providing a calm and comfortable retreat at the end of the day.
Guests enjoy a fully stocked minibar, espresso machine, GROUND bathroom amenities, bathrobes and nightly turndown service. As part of Carlisle Bay’s commitment to sustainability, each guest is provided with a complimentary branded stainless-steel water bottle, which can be refilled at water stations located throughout the resort.
Accommodating up to four guests, including a maximum of two adults and two children, the Beach Balcony Suites offer spacious Caribbean living, elevated beach views and the ease of being just moments from the shoreline.
