At Carlisle Bay we are excited to host our Mindfulness Retreats. Including:

Your yoga instructor and holistic health practitioner for the retreat is Zoe Nash, she will be guiding creative and soulful yoga practices with attention to detail and breath awareness, suitable for all levels and abilities.
