Daily Yoga and Pilates Sessions
Located in a quiet corner of our tropical gardens, the yoga pavilion is a serene space, designed exclusively for more meditative pursuits. Surrounded by lush foliage and the quiet rustling of the palm fronds, it is a place ideally suited to unwinding and de-stressing. Both private and group lessons of Yoga & Pilates take place here from sunrise to sundown. The classes and private instruction cater equally for the veteran student as much as those who would like to experience these disciplines for the first time. The expert instructors will provide instruction tailored to your level and the encouragement you need to make this a life-long practice.
Sunrise Yoga and Pilates Sessions, hosted at the Yoga Pavilion by Watersports Centre, complimentary, sign up at CARA Spa by 6pm day prior (min/max numbers apply). If you would prefer private lessons, our CARA Organic Spa team will be more than happy to assist with reservations.

Tennis Clinic
Carlisle Bay is unique among Caribbean hotels in providing extensive, high-quality tennis facilities for the use of resort guests. With nine courts, including three floodlit courts, allowing you to play in the cooler evenings, it is a very popular choice.
All equipment is provided, and we also run complimentary tennis clinics as part of the weekly activities programme. Head Tennis Pros Nigel Anthony & Rene George and their team offer the best instruction, tips, and advice to help get you started or improve your game.

Games commence, Monday and Friday from 3:00pm.

The Bay Boutique
Need some last-minute Christmas gifts? The Bay Boutique reflects the luxury and style for which the resort is known; showcasing a sophisticated array of carefully selected international designers. Furthermore, The Bay Boutique has partnered with swim and resort wear brands Heidi Klein, Pink House Mustique and Love Brand to create Carlisle Bay collections, designed exclusively for the resort. The Bay Boutique is open daily (10am – 6pm).
Don’t forget to enjoy the Bay Boutique Fashion & CARA Spa Event on @ 6:00pm Wednesday 22nd December at Indigo on the Beach and Coconut Grove. With a range of complimentary mini-treatments and local arts and craft vendors.

The Gift Shop
The Gift Shop at Carlisle Bay opens daily (8am - 4pm) and stocks many essentials you may have forgotten to pack including toiletries, extra clothes for the little ones and games to keep them occupied in quieter moments of your holiday. It also offers a selection of gifts with a range of unique local crafts to bring home with you as a memento of your stay in Antigua or to bring a little piece of paradise back home to friends and family.
