The Carlisle Room - A discreet private meeting/dining room away from the main hotel
The Screening Room - A luxurious 45 seat multi media cinema, ideal for screenings and presentations
Private Dining - A range of fabulous contemporary settings for private lunches, including East, Indigo on the Beach, the Poolside and the Pavilion

During some months of the year, Carlisle Bay may be booked exclusively for private events or incentives. The Pavilion can accommodate up to 160 people for a reception and Indigo on the Beach restaurant can seat up to 160 for lunch/dinner.
With British Airways, Virgin Atlantic and BWIA flying direct from London, British Midland flying direct from Manchester, Air Jamaica flying direct from New York, British Airways, Virgin Atlantic, BWIA and Delta direct from Atlanta, plus several connecting flights from around the US with American Airlines, BWIA, Continental and US Air (Philadelphia), getting to Antigua couldn't be easier. In addition, Condor now fly direct from Frankfurt
The island offers a rich variety of sports and things to see and do and Carlisle Bay is delighted to organise activities or excursions for groups during their stay.

If you are interested in holding a private event at Carlisle Bay, please contact us and we would be delighted to give you further information, including suggested itineraries and a quote.
We can also send you copies of all our menus including breakfast, working lunch, canapes and set menus, plus menus for picnics and boat excursions from the hotel. For smaller parties up to ten people we can even offer candlelit dining on the jetty overlooking the water.
