Aromatherapy Massage                                       50 minutes $135 US   70 minutes $150 US

Aromatherapy has its effects in many different ways. During the massage, spinal pressures, muscular release, lymphatic drainage and foot reflex techniques work to target the nervous system, affecting every organ and structure of the body. Essential oils work at a physical level through the skin, and emotionally as the aromas are inhaled. During your consultation oils will be chosen to relax and de-stress or to invigorate and revive depending on specific needs

This massage uses a combination of movements that focus solely on tension build-up in the back, neck and shoulders.  Perfect for people who only want to concentrate on this area  .

Deep Tissue Massage                                          50 minutes $140 US  80 minutes $180 US

A deep and meaningful all over body massage treatment designed to work on stiff, tight and fatigued muscles and joints after sports or physical strain. Involves specialized, intensive deep tissue techniques to warm, manipulate and ease the muscles with stretching and drainage to release and disperse.  Relax into a scalp massage, while foot reflex pressures target the neck, shoulders, spine and hips

West Indian Massage                                            50 minutes $135 US  80 minutes $170 US

A combination of our Signature Massage and the Deep Tissue Massage used to release chronic patterns of mucular tension. The massage uses slow strokes, direct pressure or friction on problem areas. The movements are directed across the grain of the muscles using greater pressure at deeper layers than our regular Signature Massage

This unique massage blends aromatic oils, warm stones and a full-body massage to release stress and tension to encourage the flow of blocked energy 

Sports Relief Massage                                                                        50 minutes $125 US

This massage will work out the kinks and knots in your body with deep muscle manipulation and gentle stretching. You'll be back in your game, whatever it may be, (not recommended for the first timer)

An ancient Japanese healing art, working with life force energy, Reiki restores wholeness by activating the body’s natural healing ability.  Little or no pressure is involved in this relaxing treatment in which the therapist places their hands over certain areas of the body to work with the energy, evoking a sense of calm

This ancient healing technique dates back to Egyptian times where scenes depict working on the feet to promote good health.  By stimulating reflex points on the foot we are able to have an effect on corresponding areas within the body.  A steady, even pressure is applied to stimulate healing and clear energy blockages, assisting with many conditions and restoring your body’s natural equilibrium

This relaxing and soothing holistic treatment involves an acupressure massage to the head, face, neck and shoulders to help rebalance the body’s energies

Couples Massage Instruction                                                               80 minutes $150 US

We invite you to come with a friend or partner to learn about massage and how you can share and benefit from it at home. Your therapist will demonstrate various massage techniques and then guide you through a practice session.

Facial Treatments

Aromatherapy Associates use 100% pure and natural plant oil with no added colour of synthetic preservatives.  They use the finest quality essential oils extracted from organically grown original species plants.  Vegetable carrier oils are cold pressed and of the highest standard.  No mineral oils, GM products or animal ingredients – except for beeswax – are used and the products are not tested on animals
